Yesterday, I almost posted regarding several SCOTUS rulings on immigration, and the absence of the two major rulings which were expected today. My headline was to be from The Supremes, "You Just Keep Me Hanging On."

Always a gamble to predict how the Supremes will rule based on oral arguments, precedence, and jurisprudence, yet most of those legal scholars and pundits were saying the court would rule this way on the birthright citizenship and men competing under their recent transition in women's sports.

I think a pretty concise and balanced view on the issue; acknowledging, the huge problem we have--and will continue to have--with so called, birthright tourism.

There has been ample evidence that China has had an ongoing program to exploit the situation; understandably, some have speculated the current situation could lead to someone whose allegiance is to China getting in position to run for and be elected president at some point in the future. 

The second big ruling has been referred to as an 80/20+ issue in that an overwhelming amount of the public support keeping trans men out of teen and collegiate sports.

The issue has been in the vanguard of Trump’s efforts to wage “culture wars” as a weapon in imposing his agenda and has assumed outsize importance in proportion to to the number of individuals involved.

Nevertheless, Trump used the Democrats’ perceived sympathies as a campaign issue in the 2024 presidential election, airing a television and digital advert that proclaimed “Kamala is for they/them, President Trump is for you.”

In other news, we are monitoring live testimony chaired by congress person Luna (R-FL) into the role of the CIA in MK-ULTRA.

I will be back for more on that; surprisingly, it is now part of congressional record that Jack Ruby was a CIA asset, Former CIA Director Alan Dulles--who was fired by JFK--had undue influence as a member of  the Warren Commission, and other revelations.

I will wait for some published testimony from the hearing when it winds-up.

I know there's a lot of speculation out there about the Butler shooting, and I guess even the Charlie Kirk shooting. I just hate to speculate because I don't know. I have no firsthand knowledge whether those guys were programmed through radio waves or through their computer activity, so I would never hazard a guess except to say what I've already said that they developed means that we've never been told about many, many years ago and I imagine they've evolved to be much more effective now.
