  [July 6, 2026 (18:30)] What a nightmare getting out of The Presidio's Crissy Field prior to a fizzled 4th of July colored cloud show. After enduring the 20-25 MPH sustained winds at our church picnic, it wrapped-up at 4PM; nevertheless, I began to retrace what had been a mile-and-a-half trek after disembarking public transit.  However, SFMTA had redirected all of the bus lines--after urging everyone to take public transit--to only get just under 2-miles of Crissy field; So, my 2nd $30.00 cab ride of the day ensued, and I watched the fireworks on TV.
