Massie, who has long opposed foreign aid and military involvement overseas, also sponsored a war powers resolution to stop Trump’s strikes on Iran and is one of the most vocal Republican critics of the war.

A rather simplified analysis from NBC; the dispute with others in congress and Trump revolves around Massie's assertions that the Israeli lobby and money {AIPAC] unduly influences congress, Trump is being controlled by Netanyahu, and Massie's strong opposition to the war with Iran.
