For a number of days, reports of the use of the autopen may make the signing of 11th-hour Biden pardons unenforceable; additionally, there is continued speculation based upon if Biden was too incapacitated to be prosecuted for crimes committed, how could his actions--towards the humiliating end--be lawful (?)

I even read a story that several of the pardons stated ". . .signed in Washington DC," when Biden was in Maryland. I can't find it, but many have speculated that in the case of Dr. Fauci--if guilty of genocide or crimes against humanity--the gravity of such could bring about the orders being overturned somehow.
