Happy MLK Day, critical thinkers,
A lot of news-dumped this morning being--obviously--overshadowed by the inauguration.
Obviously, the prisoner or hostage exchange and pause in the Gaza conflict has been top of the newscycle over the weekend.
I think we will just bullet-point some of what has transpired; first and foremost, we awoke this morning to hear of Biden's last official act being granting preemptive pardons to a slew of bad actors including Liz Cheney and the perpetrators of the [believed by many] the unconstitutional January 6th committee.

I will say one thing, Trump delivered a scathing rebuke of 'O Biden-era failures; not surprisingly, he laid the lawfare and invasion squarely on his tenure.
It was hard to watch Biden just having to sit there and take it. In years past, I cannot recall anything like it.
“If there was ever any doubt as to who bears responsibility for the COVID pandemic, Biden’s pardon of Fauci forever seals the deal,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who has called for Fauci to be thrown behind bars, wrote on X in response to the clemency move.
“As Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, I will not rest until the entire truth of the coverup is exposed.”
