Schubert is the co-chair of the Yes on Proposition 36 campaign, a ballot measure that would strengthen penalties for certain theft and drug crimes. She has been critical of the state's attempt to crack down on retail crime and points to the CHP data, which show more than 60% of people arrested by the retail crime task force were cited and released. 

"When they're given a ticket, 50-75% of them never even show up [to court]," Schubert said. She pointed to statistics cited by the Sacramento County Sheriff and District Attorney's offices, which show the county currently has more than 30,000 bench warrants for people who don't show up. 

"That tells you 30,000 people have never come to court," she explained. "If you took that number and expanded it statewide, we're probably talking hundreds of thousands."

Nationwide, many have knowledge of the societal collapse we witness daily; good news, the thieving fentanyl addicts have no idea what planet they are on or are unaware of the new law passed by voters to incarcerate them on a felony after a third shoplifting offense under $950.00--which the absurd CA Legislature decriminalized in 2014--now overturned.

Meanwhile, in light of the recent Supreme Court ruling declaring municipalities can clear the streets of what are mostly criminals, SF is working diligently to sweep the areas where we cannot pass on the sidewalks--afraid of a choke-point leading to assault and strong-arm robbery.

Forced to be walking in the shoulder--not yet hit by oncoming traffic--my parents would roll-over in their grave if they could see what has been allowed to happen to San Francisco. I am glad to see the Fenti-benties soaked and not cognitively-able to go retrieve their tents or realize that they can.

SFMTA, social workers, accompanied by SFPD, sweep my surrounding streets on the 26th, and we have cold wet storms forecasted for the nest week.

They Need to Leave & Take-Up the City's Offer for Treatment and Housing

In my opinion, we need to reopen the mental-hold facilities; be advised, even if these addicts get clean, it will take tremendous healthcare expenditures for Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Acupuncture to get them straightened-out and able to stand-up straight--let alone multiple attempts at impatient 12-step or other harm-reduction therapy attempts.

And, all of this has been enabled by an open border with the Chinese controlled Mexican cartels running the Fentanyl importation, child sex trafficking, and the invasion to our demise.

Maybe, just maybe, this suicidal self-inflicted death of our nation will be ending soon.
