Yesterday, I indicated a desire to report on the various legal challenges in multiple states; unfortunately, like many of you--I had to respect my feeling of election-fatigue and anxiety--relaxing instead.
Since then, it seems as they say, "cooler heads prevailed."
No Resolution on NV Shenanigans' SCOTUS Rules on Non Citizens Voting in VA
Defying the definition of mail-in, the nutty decision by the Nevada Supremes which would allow ballots, "mail-in ballots," to be cast for 3-days after the polls closing this upcoming Tuesday--without even being postmarked!
As of last night, the situation in Virginia where over 1600 illegal aliens were restored after removal from the voter rolls, has been addressed by the US Supreme Court.
Funny, I have been scouring MSM to find a link to the story, and it is not being covered by ABC, CNN, or much of anywhere (?)
BREAKING: EPOCH TIMES
SCOTUS ALLOWS VIRGINIA TO REMOVE NONCITIZENS FROM VOTER ROLLS
The U.S. Supreme Court voted 6–3 on Oct. 30 to allow Virginia officials to remove suspected noncitizens from the voter rolls.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit found unanimously on Oct. 27 that taking the names off the voter rolls within 90 days of an approaching federal election violated the National Voter Registration Act.
Federal elections are scheduled for Nov. 5.
The Supreme Court previously held in Purcell v. Gonzalez (2006) that courts should not change rules close to an election because doing so creates a risk of causing confusion.
Virginia countered that the legal provision is not relevant because the names being removed are not those of actual U.S. voters.
Gee, a bit of judicial common sense, huh?
Meanwhile Back to Clown World
On Oct. 30, Vance will head to Austin, Texas, to tape an episode of the podcast with host Joe Rogan, a spokesman told The Epoch Times. The appearance will occur within days of Trump’s three-hour interview on the popular program.
According to YouTube metrics collected on Oct. 29, the episode featuring Trump had more than 38 million views in less than a week.
It is unclear when exactly Vance will sit down with Rogan on Wednesday and how quickly the interview will be published. The recording of Trump’s interview was published that same day.
