Another relatively busy news day in the critical thinking and reasoning newsroom, critical thinkers,

First, we have the delay of the Trump sentencing on the DA Alvin Brag's conviction of the 34 counts against the former president in a NY District Court; accordingly, I am still trying to unpack the complexities in this decision; in other words, it looks as if Trump had sought relief from the lower court petitioning NY Supreme Court Justice, Juan Merchan.

From what I surmise, this is not an appeal on the ruling, but rather than extrapolate on what is rather detailed or nuanced, I will post a couple of stories across the newsscape.

Apparently or according to former WH Lawyer, TY Cobb on interview included in the ABC report, if he wins he could further delay, now the hush money case is breaking during the streaming newscast.

I am figuring-out the 34 counts are related to the hush money, but was not the DA Bragg trials more about taxes and properties being overvalued?

Usually, I am pretty good on third-branch stuff, but the ABC report seemed to explain a second decision was just coming in.

So please forgive my confusion. I am thinking what was streaming in here was the previous delay because the reporter just warped-up , ". . .the trial will be delayed until July 22th."

I really do not get how a state with such dramatic budget shortfalls can speak to such an idea, and the reparations bill  being still debated in the CA legislature. 

I stand-by my characterization of the down payment bill in both my headline and the links title; moreover, it just seems our leaders are hellbent on destroying The United States.

Part-of-me just wonders if some kind of aliens show-up and we turn all of our swords into plowshares--effectively ending the nation states and our sovereignty-- so we need to have everyone everywhere.
