In closing, I will clarify what are the HighNooners for those of you not local; regularly, youthful motorcyclist on--for the most part--on dirt bikes perform wheelies and other tricks down Market Street and beyond; lately, it has swelled to well over a hundred participants. Many now on 3 & 4-wheeled off-road vehicles jumping curbs, running lights, blocking intersections, and frightening the citizenry--even in residential areas.

Do not get me started on what is a growing gang of e-bikes driving high-speed on sidewalks; undoubtedly, the goal is to get as close to hitting pedestrians weaving in and around for the purpose of frighten the citizenry!
