Turning on the newsroom this morning, we have breaking news, 

You gotta admit, this guy understands media and when to capitalize on when all of the cameras & mics are live on him; understandably, he used his response of the decision to capitalize on how this being unanimous signals the personal nature and coordination of the remaining two major cases [one of which the New York DA Bragg was handed a timing set back or delay of trial late last month] will be influenced to some extent by the decision being unanimous and what jurisprudence or methodology on reaching the decision now beginning to be combed through over the next few days.

Trump pivoted to address what is on most everybody's mind with this flood of people coming across in what is increasingly--perceived anyway--characterized as our ongoing invasion and pounced on Biden's growing weakness and vulnerability electorally.
