I was departing for a previously scheduled event when at 12:15 PST, CBS Network broke over KPIX 5, there was a verdict of guilty in the NY civil case, 

Firing back up the criticalthinkingandreasoning.com newsroom--now buzzing at this hour. We are consuming several radio, TV, and digital streaming talk and news feeds.

For now, I want to quickly put-up links from across the media landscape and will be digesting all of this along with you.

The media has been rather unprecise at this hour. . . hey, what's a few million, right?

I am thinking the 4M disparity involves the sanctions on the family members.

Initial Observations

This idea of a bond being obtained for 35M seems doable granted his--yet--rapidly dwindling wealth and other real estate holdings; also, a strong possibility, the matter before the US Supreme Court of Presidential Immunity which may or may not [I will look into it] apply to this civil trial on Immunity for acts while in office (?)

. . . just reading that makes me think not

I had planned to report on this disastrous testimony from Soros Financed Fulton County DA, Fani Willis; accordingly, we will take a look at this and how it was so damning the prosecutor decided he did not need her to take the stand as scheduled, Friday morning; surprisingly, I think this--the most serious being a criminal trial--looks like it will lead to some type of dismissal, mistrial, or even Juror nullification.

. . .that last one a bit-of-a-stretch with that juror pool!
