I think these layoffs in MSM are further crippling the remaining dinosaur media; accordingly, the repeaters on our local network TV affiliates drone on about the weather and seem unable to have an editor or news director instruct the teleprompter readers to pivot and insert some network feeds from NY or LA, for example.
