InfoWars Host Sentenced in DC

Back Jack,

Alright, we now have the 30-page Government Sentencing Memorandum, Shroyer's written reply filed on September 10th, and his post sentencing news conference.

From the Horse's Mouth: Infowars Link Carried Top-Fold Drudge Report

In all fairness, the sentencing memorandum is pretty clear [pg4-5] regarding the violation of the previous plea agreement--Shroyer's disruption of a house committee in 2019.

. . .can you really ban someone from what amounts to a large swath of The District of Columbia?

Well, I guess he agreed to it and the map provided in the doc spells this out, clearly; astonishingly, did he not know this while he helped organize and then participate in the Stop the Steal rally on Jan 6th?

Anyhow, let us get the take from a swath of other media outlets:

. . .no slant there for a reporter who never entered the capitol!

Well, what do you expect from a news organization which just popped-up with this breaking news:

Get Ur 8th Shot: Myocarditis Seizures Organ Shut Down & Sudden Death Syndrome

I really am waiting to see who is dumb enough to go along with this after all we have been through and now know.

Here is a blast from the past & one of CT&Reasoning.com most viewed post:

CT&R August 2022: According to the Gateway Pundit, 769 Athletes Suffer Heart Issues Average Age of Death 23 yrs-old.

Alright, in another unrelated story from today's headlines I found this to be of interest.

The analysis of being slammed by two economic downturns in our prime earning and investing years, what I call Tail-end Boomers face increasing homelessness from that and a variety of other conditions or circumstances. The story is spot on:

The second half of the baby boomers, now mostly in their 60s, unlike the older members of their generation, came of age during back-to-back economic downturns, permanently setting them behind in wealth, according to some academic researchers. Many of them worked jobs that had stopped offering pensions. Those “trailing edge” boomers who are financially less secure are now mostly moving into retirement.

“It’s an entirely different population,” said Margot Kushel, a University of California, San Francisco researcher who co-authored the 2016 study covering Oakland. “These are people who worked their whole lives. They had typical lives, often working physically demanding jobs, and never made enough to put money away.”

But researchers said about half of the homeless older adults they spoke to in Oakland, Calif., New York and elsewhere were unhoused for the first time after their 50th birthday and can point to a precipitating event that destroyed what had previously been a relatively comfortable life.

Those newly homeless were more likely to cite the death of a spouse or a medical emergency as the cause, and they often felt shocked—even betrayed—that they were homeless after thinking they had done everything right to earn a decent retirement, homeless advocates said.

Fortunately, I was able to not only achieve but strive [3.55 GPA] in my quest to obtain a degree from the CSU, following several back-to-back medical and family tragedies some ten years-ago which landed me in a veteran's shelter for a year; unfortunately, higher education is not a strong option for many, and I see it playing-out on the streets of San Francisco, daily.

Although many are fenti-benties or those who mooched-off of the AFDC/Section 8 safety net between bouts of incarceration [I saw the rampant fraud and laziness playing-out in Multi-Family Housing.] However, there is also a large swath of regular blue-collar folks, who if never a homeowner, still paid their rent & other bills, purchased cars, helped kids once in college.

In fact, I consider myself to have been in the group, lower-middle class, throughout my 20's & 30's--the exception being the 4-5 years my business really took off in my mid-40's.

Trust me, even with 17 years of running onsite maintenance for large apartment complexes and 10-plus years in various trades--seven of which as a pressure washing & deck staining contractor---no one wants to interview let alone hire anyone a man in their early-to-mid-fifties!

Happily, retired and in a stable economic situation although a smaller place than ideal, I was able to save some of my parent's antiques and most of what is important such as photo albums, baby books, and mementos from my father's career in television and my on-and-off radio career, for example.

Fortunately, I am enjoying the history of a still magical metropolis which many from both sides of my family called home for generations.

. . . for some not here--rather the Greater Bay Area or Northern California--Sacramento, specifically.

Anyhow, I gotta wrap this up.
