Last week, I have had three-days and two-nights of travel and the sun showed itself for a number of days after an SF JuneGloom, which does happen here more often than not; yet, it gripped the immediate East Bay and even the inland valleys of Concord, Walnut Creek, and the Tri-cities which is unusual.

Anyhow, does not apply much to our national and international readership, so let us get-down-on-it.


 US DIST COURT WE HAVE BEEN WATCHING MAKES DECISION

Knowing not only about the Constitution's separation-of-powers regarding states' rights or the 9th & 10th amendment--let alone the 14th's equal protection clause--it has been a slow and torturous process; however, patience is beginning to pay off for We the People.


“This could be arguably one of the most important First Amendment cases in modern history,” Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, one of the plaintiffs, told The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” in an interview following the ruling.

In other news, while I have been negligent in reporting due to holiday, we had three or four major Supreme Court decisions at the end-of-the term--which is not unusual--BUT-- the 6-3 conservative Trumpian court makes it all the more interesting.

College School Admissions Affirmative Action Ending, Biden's Student Loan Forgiveness Overturned, reversal of the previous ruling concerning bakeries not wanting to make LBGT wedding cakes and another one which escapes me at the moment [readers of this blog are well-informed and after a week of accessing these decisions, are aware of the outcomes from other news outlets.]

The judge even cited Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. — a Democratic challenger against Joe Biden in the presidential primary — as one of the main targets of the Biden regime’s coordinated censorship initiatives over his anti-COVID vaccine views.

On the other hand, SCOTUS issued a major setback for red states--a few days earlier--in a ruling asserting federal jurisdiction--against such state's ability to control their border and ability to play politics with shipping Illegals [sic] undocumented immigrants to Martha's Vineyard, NYC, and LA.

Jones' even claims the court wants to seize his likeness and ability to operate any website once parent company, Free Speech Systems, InfoWars studios, and platforms such as Banned.video are shutdown.
