This month, Nordstrom's flagship store in SF, Nordstrom Rack, too--also in the world class shopping sector of Union Square are both closing; moreover, Old Navy announced closure just this last week, and I expect the re-boarded-up Walgreens at 4th and Market will also pull-out following a security guard shooting of a shoplifter, their store shelves have been 30-40% unstocked for months.
