The linked article below does add some clarity of what may have taken place using the above weapon system, yet clouds what has yet to be ruled-out which is that Russian media is reporting it shot down two drones which--subsequently--damaging two TU-95 Bombers.


. . . this brings into question, can these known to be tech-savvy Ukrainians hack-into or reverse-engineer that range cap?
