Again today, Dow Slides More Than 1,000 Points as Investors Reassess Fed Comments, according to The Wall Street Journal.

I wanted to get a couple of news items up:

What is being referred by critics as the establishment of an Orwellian Ministry of Truth--under the administration by The Department of Homeland Security--is a huge developing story I will be weighing-in on. Also, the news of the leaked [written in February] brief authored by Supreme Court Justice Alito. Circulated to other justices as part of their deliberative process, the reasons why someone what have violated the law has been widely speculated and the repercussions of the abortion rights issue being--possibly--handed back to the states has been reverberating throughout the nation in regard to Roe v Wade (1973).



We will look into unpacking those two emerging stories when more becomes known, but there is plenty of news outlets blanketing coverage, currently.

What: New Polling Shows Steve Garvey (R) Neck & Neck in CA Senate Primary NOGO: T-Hoe

[March 2, 2024 (19:00 PST)] Stormy weather an understatement, from Northern Cali this weekend, critical thinkers, Remember a few posts back, when I thought Steve Garvey's bump in the polls from 17% to 23% may have been the result of heavy TV ad saturation showing the 3 Dem candidates from the debate stage aired on KRON 4 piling-on about the former LA Dodgers support of Donald Trump and how it could backfire? At the time, I pontificated, Garvey's support may continue to rise as these unified Trump supporters would continue to become energized and that the ads needed to be pulled; oddly, the ad buy has continued. . . .maybe due to contractual obligations? Yet, this has been a complete disaster in a state which saw the last Republican Senator leave office-- oh, let me think in 1991 ?
