NCBI-NIH Study: Prolonged Mask Wearing Cultivates Disease & Negative Mental Health Outcomes

Yesterday, I met a nice couple at the Embarcadero in front of the Ferry Building; understandably, I identified with the middle-aged man wearing a Portland, Ore shirt, giving him a shout-out.

Turns out, they moved from PDX ten years earlier to Lodi, CA for a much more inexpensive and less crime-ridden lifestyle. Handing the woman my card, as I am always trying to drive folks to take a look at Critical Thinking & Reasoning, the woman asked about my comment summarizing my last post on "The Covid narrative being inconsistent with what we are being subjected to..."

She replied, "Don't you believe the science?"

As they began to go about there way, I said, "Go to my recent post and there is a peer-reviewed medical study authored by some fifty scientist, doctors, and health researchers explaining that there is evidence that Covid-19 is a bio-weapon and that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is engaged in illegal and unethical processes and require international oversight."

...participating in Dr. Elizondo's debate classes and collegiate debate tournaments did pay-off after all!

Published Jan 2021 Peer Reviewed Medical Study: Masks Cause Serious Health Outcomes And Are Ineffective Against the Spread of Covid-19

Once again, your intrepid media researcher--now backed by a Mass Communication Degree [BECA] from SFSU--brings to you the hard science even I can comprehend and digest.

...within my major, we also learn the extent of propaganda and PR that saturates pop culture and the mainstream media--the very fields many of my student colleagues strive to be employed in--requires a huge amount of dissimulation, lack of discernment and integrity...if one processes what a large part of our critical media studies course-work boils-down-to.

So, with that bit of unpleasant information dispensed-of, here are the highlights:

A table of data demonstrating all of the poor outcomes resulting from long-term mask wearing, negative psychological effects, and we start with the study's conclusion if trying to disseminate the study itself is a little...well, a little too science-see:

The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks. Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hypercapnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Long-term consequences of wearing facemask can cause health deterioration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death. Governments, policy makers and health organizations should utilize prosper and scientific evidence-based approach with respect to wearing facemasks, when the latter is considered as preventive intervention for public health.

Psychological effects of wearing facemasks

Psychologically, wearing facemask fundamentally has negative effects on the wearer and the nearby person. Basic human-to-human connectivity through face expression is compromised and self-identity is somewhat eliminated , , . These dehumanizing movements partially delete the uniqueness and individuality of person who wearing the facemask as well as the connected person . Social connections and relationships are basic human needs, which innately inherited in all people, whereas reduced human-to-human connections are associated with poor mental and physical health , . Despite escalation in technology and globalization that would presumably foster social connections, scientific findings show that people are becoming increasingly more socially isolated, and the prevalence of loneliness is increasing in last few decades , . Poor social connections are closely related to isolation and loneliness, considered significant health related risk factors , , , .
