Be sure to watch the embedded video; interestingly, it includes an outtake of now FBI Deputy Director, Dan Bongino, on his --then--podcast declaring he felt it was some kind of democratic party plot; that said, there are still all of these oddities such CC footage as law enforcement walked around the clearly visible device and authorities letting school children and the VP, Harris, walk withing yards of the device. There will be a lot of internet sleuths looking into this suspect's background.
