My take? Well, the car did hit the ICE officer, Johnathan Ross, yet he could have chose not to step in front of the already moving vehicle; after seeing the pictures from him being dragged by a car six-months-ago resulting in 33-stiches and a prolonged hospital stay, it could be said he planned to shoot Ms. Good. The audio of him saying, "Fu*king Bitch" adds credence to the claim.
